DegreeSymbol creates a system-wide hot key for inserting the degree symbol. It can be used with most Windows programs. Start the program and sit it in a corner somewhere. Exit the program to disable the hot key. 

There are three menu options: 
Exit - which I hope is obvious.
Change_Hotkey - which allows you to change the key combination that you use.
About - which tells about the program.

This program was written by John Prychun at the Oregon Department of Revenue (john.s.prychun@state.or.us). The bulk of the program came from Karl Peterson at www.fawcette.com/vsm/codepage.aspx?loccode=vs0301qa. The copywrite expressly forbids me from distributing his source code.
